WC301 Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management (Scales of Fees) Amendment Regulations 2022 SL 2022/164 Made by the Governor in Executive Council. 1. Citation These regulations are the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management (Scales of Fees) Amendment Regulations 2022. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 November 2022. 3. Regulations amended These regulations amend the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management (Scales of Fees) Regulations 1998. 4. Regulation 2 amended In regulation 2(2) in the definition of MBS item number delete “1 November 2021.” and insert: 1 November 2022. 5. Various fees amended Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
