Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 2 december 2020 are required by the trustee, care of mcfarlane lawyers, po box 1079 west perth wa 6872 to send particulars of their claim to them by 1 june 2021 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
