I, Christopher John Dawson, Commissioner of Police in the State of Western Australia, under regulation 4(3)(a) of the Criminal Investigation (Identifying People) Regulations 2002 approve the listed persons, employed by Pathwest Laboratory Medicine WA, as a forensic scientist for the purposes of regulation 4(1)(a) of the Regulations. All prior notices issued in relation to the approvals covered by this notice are revoked.
