In the matter of the estate of Michael William Morgan, late of 145b Wade Road, Brookhampton in Western Australia, retired production manager, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 to the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 4th May 2020 are required by the executor Amanda Jane Cope, 14 Coonewarra Way, Quinns Rocks WA 6030 to send particulars of their claims to myself by 1 month from publication of this notice after which date I may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which I have notice.
