Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 july 2018, are required by the executor, being william thomas hosking, to send particulars of their claims to earnshaw lawyers, [contact details redacted] of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
