Declares vessels listed in Schedule 1 to be emergency vessels, with specifications in Schedule 2, and exempts them from notices made under section 66 and 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, subject to conditions in Schedule 3. Revokes previous instrument NWR-2016-201902 dated 12 May 2017.
