Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of leslie david somers, late of 5 lumper street, bunbury wa, who died on 2 june 2017, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executors of the estate of leslie david somers, care of leisha somers, 83 glover road, yallingup wa within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executors then has notice.
