Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the council of the Shire of Coolgardie resolved on 27 October 2020 to make the following local law. This local law is cited as the Shire of Coolgardie Public Places and Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2020 and comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. It amends the Shire of Coolgardie Public Places and Local Government Local Law 2019.
