Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 june 2018, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to him care of clement & co, lawyers, unit 2, [contact details redacted] 8 october 2018, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
