Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 38B of the Rottnest Island Regulations 1988, the Rottnest Island Authority hereby closes the following waters to all vessels, excluding bona fide emergency and authorised vessels, between 1200hrs Wednesday 30 December 2020 and 1200hrs on Friday 1 January 2021. Thomson Bay: All the waters within 250metres radius of position 115° 33.24E 31° 59.84N, and 100 metres radius of position 115° 33.121E 32° 02.26N (Ranger 4 Emergency Mooring).
