“I refer to data collected for regional public hospital emergency departments over the past twelve months, and I ask: (a) what is the average number: (i) daily presentations to public hospital emergency departments by hour, expressed as a percentage of daily presentations; and (ii) weekly presentations to public hospital emergency departments by day, expressed as a percentage of weekly presentations?”
