“It was an error of a police officer. That has been pointed out by the commissioner. He has made an apology for that. As I explained, it was an officer completing an email to a group of people who instead of putting the addresses in the blind carbon copy of the email communication carbon copied them, so it is not a security breach as such; it was an error in the way the email was sent out.”
