It is scheduled to commence operations in the middle of December. (2) A licence agreement is currently being negotiated with Kwinana Motorplex Pty Ltd to operate the motorplex. (3) No. (4) The catering rights form part of the licence with Kwinana Motorplex Pty Ltd.
