The Drug and Alcohol Office advises:
(1) In accordance with Schedule 4 of the Drug and Alcohol Office contract or grant agreement for all funded agencies, all payments are to be made within 10 business days of the due date in the funding schedule.
(2) Yes

The Mental Health Commission
advises:
(1) Payments will be made according to the terms of the associated contract.
(2) Yes
(3) No

For the period 1 March 2009 to 1 March 2010 the Mental Health Division (known as of 8 March 2010 as the Mental Health Commission) and mental health services in the Area Health Services formed part of the Department of Health and hospitals boards which are in the Minister for Health's portfolio. As a consequence, information concerning the Area Health Services' mental health service is included in the answer provided in respect of the Department of Health as a whole by the Minister for Health.
