I refer to the 47
days it took to stem the flow of raw sewage into the Martuwarra Fitzroy River.
(1) Upon noting
the flood damage, was the minister advised which agency was the lead agency
responsible for the wastewater overflow?
(2) When was the
minister advised?
(3) Which of the
three agencies—the Department of Health, the Department of Water and
Environmental Regulation or the Department of
Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions—was designated as the lead agency?

Minister for Emergency Services.
(1) Yes.
(2) The minister was aware prior to
ex–tropical cyclone Ellie.
(3) The Water Corporation is the
responsible agency for wastewater services in Fitzroy Crossing.
