I refer to the Premier's answer to Legislative Assembly Question on Notice 250 and ask since 17 March 2017: (a) has the Minister or current Ministerial staff met or had any contact with representatives of registered lobbyist GRA Everingham and if so: (i) what are the dates for each meeting or instance of contact; (ii) who did GRA Everingham meet with or contact; (iii) what was the topic of discussion for each meeting or instance of contact; (iv) what third party, if any, was being represented by GRA Everingham; (v) was any follow-up action agreed to by the Minister or Ministerial staff: (A) if so, what action was agreed to; and (vi) what form did the contact take (i.e. email, phone) or for meetings, where did they take place?

The Minister and his current Ministerial Staff also may have had contact with representatives for administrative purposes only or may have had incidental or irregular social contact in which case this is not listed.

(a)(ii) Julie Armstrong, Stephen Pratt, Emma Collyer, Erik Locke and Hon. Alanna Clohesy MLC.
(a)(iii)-(iv) Perth Radiological Clinic, Primary Health Care Limited, Ramsay Health Care, Lendlease and Serco.

(a)(v)(A) Organisation of meetings.
(a)(vi) Erik Locke met with Amanda Reid at Dumas House Café on 10 August 2017 and discussed clients listed at (a)(iii). Messages were sent and received in relation to arranging that meeting.
Emails sent or received by the Appointments Secretary were to arrange a meeting with Lendlease, which occurred on 26 July 2017. Lobbyist did not attend the meeting.
Emails sent or received by Hon. Alanna Clohesy MLC, Julie Armstrong and Stephen Pratt were to arrange a meeting.
