I refer to the reductions in costs to developers for connecting a subdivision or development to water supply infrastructure from 1 July, 2016 and ask: (a) what is the estimated cost per year 16/17, 17/18, 18/19, 19/20 of this reduction in charges; and (b) what is the estimated cost per year 16/17, 17/18, 18/19, 19/20 of the decision to apply the standard infrastructure contribution to rural residential subdivisions rather than full cost recovery?
