I refer to the Dongara-Geraldton-Northampton Bypass (the route), and ask: (a) Can the Minister confirm that Main Roads is preparing a standalone business case for the Northampton Bypass section of the route: (i) If yes, has the Minister submitted this to State or Federal Government for funding approvals; (b) Have any traffic counts on the North West Coastal Highway and Hampton Road been conducted in Northampton townsite; (c) If yes to (b) please detail traffic counts for each month for the following years: (i) 2017; (ii) 2018; (iii) 2019; (iv) 2020; (v) 2021; (vi) 2022; and (vii) 2023 to date; (d) Please provide projected freight traffic data in relation to truck movements from new sand and garnet operations to the North of Northampton townsite; and (e) When is the Northampton bypass section of the route going to commence construction and when is it due to be completed?
