Office of the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure provided the following response:
(a) The recommendations have been now been considered by the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure. The recommendations were to support marina based tourism development solution at the Point Peron Tourism Precinct (in the area of Mangles Bay) and to progress more detailed investigation and assessment. However, at the nearby Wanliss Street jetty a private proponent is seeking to prove up an alternate marina proposal. It has been decided to allow the Wanliss Street project to proceed further down the environmental and planning approval process before giving further consideration to the Cape Peron Tourist Precinct proposals.
(i) Not applicable
(ii) See response to part (a)
(b-c) See response to part (a)
