(a) No. The $900,000 is a part of the $7.92million injection of growth funding announced in the 2003/2004 State Budget.
(b) As established in the Business Rules for Disability Professional Services, the principles for distribution of funding will be in accordance with Standard 1 (one) of the National Disability Services Standards. Available funding will be allocated on the basis of the need of the potential service user relative to other potential service users.
