I refer to documents such as reports and management plans sent to the Minister for Environment for approval prior to public release. (1) How many such documents are currently with the minister? (2) For each of these documents, when did the minister first receive them? (3) For any such document that the minister has had for three months or more, will she please provide an explanation for the delay in its release? Hon DONNA FARAGHER

However, two management plans prepared by the Department of Environment and Conservation on behalf of the Conservation Commission are currently in my office for consideration, if they are the reports the member is referring to.
