I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) Many documents, reports and management plans are referred to me for approval, some of which are released to the public. However, two management plans prepared by the Department of Environment and Conservation on behalf of the Conservation Commission are currently in my office for consideration, if they are the reports the member is referring to. (2) I first received these two management plans on 11 May 2010 and 4 June 2010 respectively. (3) Not applicable.
