DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING — MAINTENANCE
JOB ORDERS
542. Mr P.C. TINLEY to the Minister for Housing:
As a supplementary question, can the minister confirm to me
very clearly that all the noncompliant job orders that he has been made aware
of, or could reasonably have been made aware of, are being satisfactorily
investigated for fraud?

AnswerView source ↗

I can confirm that we are going
through a very, very rigorous audit process through all the noncompliance
issues that were there. When and if an issue of fraud comes to the fore, the
member can be assured that the matter will be taken up.
