I refer to the Government's C-series trains, branded "Made in WA", and the fact that at least 10 local content audits have been conducted to measure the percentage of local content components spend in the railcar procurement, and yet none of the results of those audits have been publicly shared, and I ask: (a) what was the percentage of Western Australian (WA) local content spend identified in the first Alstom Participation Plan report; (b) what was the percentage of WA local content spend identified in the second Alstom Participation Plan report; (c) what was the percentage of WA local content spend identified in the third Alstom Participation Plan report; (d) what was the percentage of WA local content spend identified in the fourth Alstom Participation Plan report; (e) what was the percentage of WA local content spend identified in the fifth Alstom Participation Plan report; (f) what was the percentage of WA local content spend identified in the sixth Alstom Participation Plan report; (g) what was the percentage of WA local content spend identified in the seventh Alstom Participation Plan report; (h) what was the percentage of WA local content spend identified in the eighth Alstom Participation Plan report; (i) what was the percentage of WA local content spend identified in the ninth Alstom Participation Plan report; (j) what was the percentage of WA local content spend identified in the tenth Alstom Participation Plan report; and (k) what was the percentage of the WA local content spend identified in any further Alstom Participation Plan reports?
