With regard to the Pluto LNG proposal, site A and B and the operations of the Aboriginal Cultural Materials Committee (ACMC), I ask -
(1) Did Woodside, or any of its entities or staff, address the ACMC or its administrative staff prior to decisions being made on the section 18 applications for Pluto site A and B?
(2) If presentations were provided by Woodside, any of its entities or staff to the ACMC, how many times did this occur and on what dates?
(3) Was any material provided to the ACMC at these meetings, and if so will the Minister table copies?
(4) Will the Minister provide the names of the Woodside officers who carried out this communication and with which members of the ACMC?
(5) Did any other entity, Government Department or organisation address the ACMC or its administrative staff prior to decisions being made on the section 18 applications for Pluto site A and B?
(6) If presentations were provided by another entity, Government Department or organisation to the ACMC, how many times did this occur and on what dates?
(7) Was any material provided to the ACMC at these meetings, and if so, will the Minister table copies?
