I refer to the media release dated 22 June 2017 titled Port fees to assist with budget repair task, and I ask: (a) will the Minister provide a list of the fees and charges that are subject to the increase at the Esperance Port; (b) will the Minister provide a list of the fees and charges as at 30 June 2016; (c) will the Minister provide a list of fees and charges as at 30 June 2017; and (d) will the Minister provide a list of fees and charges following the decision of the Government to increase fees and charges?

(a)-(d) [See tabled paper no.] Fee increases related to budget repair involved a 17 per cent increase in shipping fees at the Ports of Dampier and Port Hedland, while continuing the fee discounts applying to iron ore exports from Utah Point. The other increases in port fees were the result of standard annual reviews of tariffs, fees and charges, adjusted to reflect CPI or specific cost increases.
