I refer to the media statement
titled ''New youth detention facility to adjoin Banksia Hill'',
released on 26 September 2024. Will the
minister confirm that the cost of the new facility to replace unit 18 at
Casuarina Prison will be in addition to, as stated —
� more than $220 million the
Government has committed to youth detention since mid-2022 to enhance
facilities, services and staff numbers.
