I refer to an article in The Western Australian on 9 June 2014, entitled More schools to merge, close in which it is reported that “the State Government recently revealed plans to close or merge small schools in the Fremantle and Armadale areas”, and I ask: (a) can the Minister confirm that you are indeed going to close or merge schools in Armadale and if yes, which schools will the Minister be closing and merging; and (b) has the State government produced a business and educational case for the closure and or merger and if so when will this be released to the Armadale Community?
