(a) Expenditure from the WARR Account for 2009/10 was in accordance with an approved work plan and is summarised in the financial summary statement in the Waste Authority's 2009/10 Annual Report, available on the Waste Authority's website at

(b) The Waste Authority is required to submit its 2010/11 Annual Report to the Minister for Environment on or before 31 October 2011. Under the Act, the Minister is required to lay the Waste Authority's report before each House of Parliament within seven sitting days of the House after the Minister has received it.
