In relation to the Department of Housing's asbestos management plan:
(a) how many Homeswest properties have had their fences independently audited for the purpose of identifying whether they contain asbestos (please provide both a state total and the number by region);
(b) who conducted the independent audit (if more than one, please list the name of each business or contractor) and how much did the audit cost;
(c) of those audited, how many properties were found to contain asbestos in the fence (please provide both a state total and the number by region);
(d) what is the total estimated cost of replacing all Homeswest housing fences (excluding any offset from potential shared liability from neighbouring private properties);
(e) how many private property owners share a boundary fence with a Homeswest property identified as containing asbestos (please provide both a state total and the number by region);
(f) how many Homeswest properties identified as having an asbestos fence have had that fence replaced as at 29 February 2012 and who conducted the replacement (if more than one, please list the name of each business or contractor);
(g) as at 29 February 2012, what has been the cost of the replacements at (f);
(h) of the private property owners who have been identified as sharing a boundary fence with a Homeswest property containing asbestos material, how many have:
(i) received notice that the Department will be seeking half the cost of the replacement fence;
(ii) accepted shared liability for the replacement fence;
(iii) refuted shared liability for the replacement fence; and
(iv) not responded at all to the Department's notice; and
(i) as at 29 February 2012, how much money has been recovered from private land owners for the replacement of asbestos fences under the Department of Housing's asbestos management plan?
