I refer to the proposed amendments to the
Poisons Act 1964
to allow for trained and accredited nurses to conduct a sexual health history and examination of patients, and to initiate treatment based on approved clinical guidelines and protocols, particularly in rural and remote Western Australia, and I ask, -
(1) Will the Minister introduce that legislation into Parliament this year?
(2) If yes to (1), when?
(3) If no to (1), why not?
