With regards to Cable Sands Jangardup Heavy Minerals Mine and its extension -
(1) Will the Minister for the Environment provide a copy of Cable Sands rehabilitation plan for the original mine site area?
(2) If not, why not?
(3) Will the Minister provide a copy of the Cable Sands mining and restoration plan for the Jangardup mine extension area?
(4) If not, why not?
(5) Has an audit of conditions compliance been finalised for the year 1999-2000?
(6) Has the proponent complied with all its commitments and the conditions set out in relation to the mining operation?
(7) Are there any conditions that Cable Sands has failed to comply with?
(8) If so, which ones?
(9) Will the Minister table a copy of the compliance audit?
(10) If not, why not?
(11) In the completion of the audit was a site visit undertaken by an officer of the Department of Environmental Protection?

(5) The DEP conducted a compliance audit of Cable Sands' Annual Environmental Report for the year 1999, and conducted a site inspection in February 2000 in respect of rehabilitation progress. An audit of compliance for 2000 will be carried out early in 2001.
(6-7) The DEP has not determined any non-compliance matters, however, additional information was sought with regard to a number of conditions.
