The Department’s Districts are in the process of making appointments with those carers whose reviews remain outstanding. Others have either been completed or are in process and the system will be updated. The Districts remain engaged with the carers through phone calls and shares information with other agencies/stakeholders to ensure the placements are monitored and the carers remain part of planning processes.
