(2) Decisions on staffing will be dependent on the nature of the new Anti Corruption Commission legislation currently before the Parliament. It will then be for the Commissioner to determine staffing arrangements at the new Anti Corruption body. (3) Termination entitlements will again be dependent on the legislation passed by the Parliament. When the Legislative Committee reports, the government will be able to formulate a termination entitlement policy.
