I refer to the Law Reform Commission's report into the intersection of the family law and caveat systems in Western Australia, and I ask:
(a) does the Government support all nine recommendations made by the Law Reform Commission;
(b) if no to (a), which recommendations are not supported;
(c) for each recommendation not supported, why is it not supported; and
(d) for each recommendation supported, when does the Government anticipate the recommendation will be actioned?
