Since 11 March 2017 have any of the following measures been reduced or removed altogether from Greenough Regional Prison: (a) Health services: (i) If so, what services have been removed and on what date; (b) Prisoner employment programs: (i) If so, what programs have been reduced/removed; (ii) If so, what is the nature of the reduction (i.e. a reduction in total hours by X hours); and (iii) If so, what date was each program reduced/removed; (c) Prisoner education programs: (i) If so what education programs have been reduced/removed; (ii) If so, what is the nature of each reduction (i.e. reduction in total hours by X hours); and (iii) If so, what date was each program reduced/removed; and (d) Rehabilitation programs: (i) If so, what rehabilitation programs have been reduced/removed; (ii) If so, what is the nature of each reduction (i.e. reduction in total hours by X hours); and (iii) If so, what date was each program reduced/removed?
