880. Hon JAMES HAYWARD to the Leader of the House
representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the Albany ring-road.
(1) Is the
minister aware of issues raised relating to wildlife management, vibration
damage and sediment run-off caused by the ring-road development?
(2) If yes to (1), what actions has
the minister taken to address those concerns raised?
(3) Can the
minister confirm that the Albany ring-road has been built within the proposal
area as publicly advertised in December 2019?
(4) If no to (3),
will the minister commit to meet with any landholders who are affected by the
project being built outside the advertised proposal area?
