I refer to the Office of the Environmental Protection Authority (OEPA) and ask, is the Minister considering the establishment of an independent ‘approvals reform office’ responsible for overseeing the implementation of government-endorsed reform recommendations, and if not, why not?

No. The Liberal National Government has achieved substantial reforms to approvals processes since being elected. Approvals reform is coordinated through the Directors General Working Group chaired by the Department of Premier and Cabinet and this is considered to be performing well.
