I refer to the review of the Water Services Coordination Act. (1) Why did it take a motion of Parliament for the Government to belatedly meet its statutory obligations and release the review of the Water Services Coordination Act? (2) Given the many references to the proposed Economic Regulation Authority in the final Water Services Coordination Act review, what possible reason can the Government have for not releasing it? (3) Will the minister explain in what way the proposed Economic Regulation Authority will be required to have regard to the long-term consideration of environmental, social and economic sustainability of the water services industry, as recommended by the review panel of the Water Services Coordination Act? (4) When will the Government implement the recommendations of the review? Hon KIM CHANCE

The remaining 10 recommendations will be progressively addressed.
