I refer to the government’s intention to conduct a trial of outsourced vehicle inspection services, and ask - (1) Has RAC WA already been chosen to be the service provider for the trial? (2) Has the minister required that there be a general call for expressions of interest from other potential service providers; and, if not, why not? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
