I refer to the Government’s recent announcement to relocate the Department of Parks and Wildlife headquarters to Koombana Drive, Bunbury, and I ask: (a) have each of lots 881, 882 and 883 Koombana Drive, Bunbury been declared a maritime archaeological site pursuant to section 9(1) of the Maritime Archaeological Act 1973 ; and (b) if yes to (a): (i) what area on each lot has been declared a maritime archaeological site; and (ii) what area on each lot, surrounding the maritime archaeological sites, has been specified as a protected zone?
