Closing the Gap—Senior officer group
258. Hon Neil Thomson to the Leader of the House representing the Minister for
Aboriginal Affairs:
In this week,
Reconciliation Week, I note that it was reported in 2021 that consultations
across the Western Australian government have occurred via a Closing the Gap
senior officer group, which was initially established in 2018 to provide input
into the negotiation of the new agreement.
(1) How many times did the senior officer group
meet in the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024?
(2) What contributions has the senior officer
group provided to the implementation plan?
