(c) more General Practitioners for surgery after hours; and (d) assistance to increased insurance cover?
(d) assistance to increased insurance cover?
The Department of Health will be purchasing additional services from Peel Health Campus in 2002/03. This consideration will be influenced by factors such as: identification of need in the Peel area, requirements for integration of services across the South Metropolitan area, growth in renal and oncology services following completion of the expanded facilities, and review of actual/projected activity in 2001-02. Peel Health Campus is paid to deliver a quality service at a contracted volume. How Peel Health Campus structures its business and workforce to achieve quality and quantity of services is a decision for the Campus.
