(3) The current arrangements for requesting a baby seat or capsule in a taxi varies amongst Perth's Taxi Dispatch Services. For example, Black and White Taxis' current vehicle specification policy requires all conventional taxis to be fitted with baby bolts so that, if required, the customer's baby capsule or seat can be secured. Whereas, Swan Taxis advise its customers that it is necessary to pre-book a taxi should they require a baby capsule.
