227. Hon Simon Ehrenfeld to the Leader of the House
representing the Minister for Water :
Since the
introduction of the tier 3 water charges for Water Corporation residential
customers using over 500 kilolitres of water annually, for each year since the
introduction of the Tier 3 charges, I ask the following.
(1) By suburb and also in total, how many
residential customers have been charged for using more than 500 kilolitres of
water?
(2) By suburb and also in total, how much revenue
has been raised from customers using more than 500 kilolitres of water?
(3) Has the Water Corporation carried out any
analysis on the size of households by number or residents impacted by the tier 3
water charges?
