AnswerView source ↗

I thank the member for some notice of the question.
(1) (a)–(c)
None. Municipal solid waste, commercial and industrial waste and construction
and demolition waste received by or disposed of to landfill premises in the
Perth metropolitan region is subject to payment of the landfill levy. Landfill
premises located outside the Perth metropolitan region are liable to pay the
landfill levy if they receive waste generated from the Perth metropolitan
region for disposal. The waste of major regional centres that is not disposed
to landfill premises in the Perth metropolitan area is not subject to the levy.
(2) Not applicable.
