COURT PROCEEDINGS — LIVE STREAMING
91. Mr M. McGOWAN to the Premier:
I have a supplementary question. Does the Premier accept the
advice of the Chief Justice when he says he has put in place appropriate
protocols to ensure those concerns the Premier raised are met; and, secondly,
will the Premier provide a small amount of money to ensure that this initiative
in the interest of openness and accountability can be put in place?

I have the greatest respect for the Chief Justice. I think he
is a very fine person. However, as Premier I will take my advice on this issue
from the Attorney General.
