RESERVE 17705, ROAD WORKS
A proposal was laid on the table of the Legislative Council on 9 April regarding amendment to A-class reserve No 17705, which is subject to disallowance under section 43 of the Land Administration Act within 14 sitting days. Will the minister confirm that the road works have already taken place to clear part of this reserve? Hon GRAHAM GIFFARD

At the request of the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, the Department of Land Administration contacted the Shire of Kojonup, which advised that it had commenced preliminary survey works for road-design purposes, which necessitated the clearing of the road alignment area through reserve 17705.
