1488. Hon MICHAEL MISCHIN to the minister representing the
Minister for Lands:
I refer to the site of the former Midland railway workshops.
(1) What steps are currently being taken to sell or long-term
lease portions of the site?
(2) Which portions are affected?
(3) What is the status of those sales and leases?
(4) Will the minister table any tender documents relating to
those sales or leases?

question.
(1)–(3) Blocks 2 and 3 are currently the subject of
a contract of sale. Block 1 consists of three strata lots. One strata lot within block 1 was sold to the Midland GP
Superclinic in 2011. The other two strata lots within block 1 are marked
for future market release.
(4) I table the attached sales brochure.
