I refer the Premier to matters surrounding the former Acting Commissioner of the Corruption and Crime Commission, Ms Moira Rayner. (1) When was the Premier first advised by the Attorney General or the Premier’s staff members of this issue? (2) Was the Premier or any of his staff or any of his minister’s staff involved in any discussions with the member for Perth regarding this matter before he brought it to Parliament last Thursday? (3) Was anyone in government circles involved in the drafting or preparation of any material on behalf of, or for the use of, the member for Perth in this matter? Dr G.I. GALLOP
