(1-4) The inquiry report relating to complaints made about Stirling City Councillor, Cr Eoin Martin is currently being finalised by the Department of Local Government and I should receive it shortly. When I receive the report I will consider advice from the Department and the Crown Solicitor's Office concerning the handling of the release of the report.
